Nirvana Blue’s open kitchen and dining room will be the heart and soul of your experience where you will be able to sit at the bar and watch the preparation or roll up your sleeves and help prepare a ceviche or learn a trick or two of the regional cuisine. The kitchen headed by Chef Nacho, prepares and serves dishes combined from locally sourced ingredients – fresh seafood from the town cooperative, beef and dairy products from nearby farms with the experience from his travels. Whether it is a mid afternoon craving or to complement a wonderful dinner our desserts are prepared by Rio Lagarto’s señoras following traditional recipes handed down by generations and are not to be missed. Nacho, Juan Carlos and our staff see themselves not just as your hosts but also as your friends, always available to best satisfy guests’ needs and ensure the most memorable experience.

Freshly brewed coffee or tea service, aguas frescas fruit flavored water and other beverages are offered throughout the day. An honor bar is available in the main salon with a selection of liquor and beers to choose from. At sunset Nirvana Blue’s 61-minute happy hour provides an ideal opportunity for guests to gather before dinner. We also have a fine list of Mexican wine to accompany your meal or simply enjoy a glass while gazing into the sea horizon.
